DISC Description
DISC is a system of emotional behaviour that categorizes human responses to the environment into four different primary patterns: Dominance, Inducement, Submission and Compliance.
The model is developed based on the book Emotions of Normal People by William Moulton Marston which have been iterated many times by other researchers and created their own adaptation. This website test still refers to the original author which the website contents has been paraphrased to ease user understanding.
DISC by Marston focuses on observable behavior and emotional expression, rather than internal personality traits, and was developed to analyze how people interact with their surroundings and with others based on their perceived sense of control.
